I have a ts9 which is probably dead, i've spent months trying to fix it, but i think its time for me to let go.... ::moment of silence::

okay now thats over, i have a bsiab which has yet to be boxed up, no switch yet either. I'd like to stick it in the ts9 box. But i'd like to use the ts9 switch. how can i apply the relay switching to my bsiab?

use the switching circuit the TS uses, and build that into whatever you want to stick into that box. It's not true bypass though.
Look at a TS schem (one *with* switching shown) and compare it to RG's "technology of the TS" at  http://www.geofex.com/Article_Folders/TStech/tsxfram.htm
That'll give you a good idea. In and output buffering, switching FETs, a discrete flipflop and youre there (sure it isn't easier to repair that TS? ;D )

I believe me...i've spent hours on this, if i do repair this, it'll be because its tb'ed and in a hammond box. I know its probably smarter to fix the ts9 and then put my bsiab in a hammond, but i think it'd be much cooler this way. And thanks for the help, but anyone have any idea of those true bypass mods keely does on the ts9's?
