Tonepad Small Clone -- anyone has older file???

Does anyone have an older layout file for the Tonepad Small Clone copy?
I built this chorus a few years ago, tried some mods, now I want to restore it to stock.
I'm not even sure what I changed out. I downloaded the current file but apparently the layout was changed.
The current revision says 2005, I know I built the chorus before 2004.
I tried e-mailing but got no response.

The upper corner of the PDF file says "Rev.7.Sep.28.2004"
