Tremulus Lune Fuzzcentral layout.

Anyone used this layout?
I`m in the final stages of doing the offboard wiring and have a question concerning the up/down ramp mod. On Phillip`s layout there are some extra pads ( 5 and 11) for implementing this mod. He also includes a supplementary board for directly attaching to the SPDT switch which indicates that the leads should go to lug 2 of both the speed and fine pots.
Looking at the gutshots on Fuzzcentral it appears as though the leads from this board attach directly to the pots.
The question is, and I have searched everywhere for an answer, is it correct to either attach the leads to the pots or the extra pads on the board?
Comparing the schematic to the layout it seems like the extra pads are in the right general area.

I have come to the conclusion that it is either or but if someone could confirm or correct my suppositions I would be very appreciative.

I would have contacted Fuzzcentral directly but they seem to be on sabbatical.
