Log in on second Puter [??]

I have a second computer [well actually 'my' first] upstairs, to free this one up a bit, it goes online, and Messenger came right up and on'.
 I can view threads but not post if not signed in.
 It says there is already my user name and password have already been used...
 I;ve swi9tched computers around a few times, and passwords that are already there and don't work get me every time...is there a way around this?

Sign in on the new computer with your regular username and password.

Yupp tried that at least 8 times.

Clear your cache and cookies and try again.  As long as you're using the right name and PW, no reason it won't work.  I access this board from 4 different computers.

It might be that the board doesn´t allow 2 simultaneous connections by the same ID? /Rick

no that's not it. the web is 'stateless', more or less, so the webserser has no real way of knowing you are logged on or not.
i access this board from different computers as well, no reason it shouldn't work.

  Same E-mail adress and password I use all the time...Hmmmm...goes everywhere else N/P...right past sign ins... :?  :evil: ...Puters...
