Hi, I've built the ROG big daddy distortion, unfortunately it does'n works well. I have used the same components of the original schematics ( http://www.runoffgroove.com/grace.html ). Here is a sample: http://media.putfile.com/bdaddy. What can be the problem? Thanks!  :)

HeaD, its a fairly simple circuit, so should be easy to "de-bug"  first try to
go over the whole build and check all your connections for mistakes and
solder bridges, in particular round the chip !

The circuit/schem is verified so you have something wrong !

Oops... I have noticed that I used a 68 uF cap instead of the 6,8 uF. But I don't think that the problem is this.... or not?

That's your problem!
That should be 0.0068 uF so it's 6,8nF :)
