say i built the Axis Fuzz circuit :

like the ROG Multiface with sockets for caps, trannies etc...

for adjustable bias would i replace the 680k resistor with a 1M trim?

would i need one on the 22k at q2?    both?

thanks guys

Not to derail here, but I was thinkin the same thing, except for a Tonebender.
Notoriously funny to get biased like a FF, I just don't know if Q2's collector trimpot is doing 'enough' to bias the last two transistors properly.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

maybe trims for all collectors?

i finally figured out just today how to get all the "hendrix" effects to work right together..amazing sounds.

WAH-OCTAVIA-AXIS-VIBE-SI/FF-OVERDRIVEN AMP

it almost takes some of the magic away when you can get all those sounds you have been worshipping..
