Electric Mistress project from GGG

Anyone built this? Does it have the ticking problem(s) associated with the geofex flanger? I *really* just want to but a PCB from someone. Im not interested in trying this on perf board.

Since the GGG layout is an actual EH layout, you shouldn't have a ticking problem. I say this because I've owned a number of Electric Mistresses and can tell you they are tick free.
