Im building the Red Llama from:
http://www.freewebs.com/loudnoise/Red_Llama.pdf
and I have a couple of questions Im hoping someone can help with...

first- the 330uf cap- does the + really go to the ground, or is that maybe backwards?
second- the input marked LED- that goes directly to the switch for LED functionality, correct?
third- the Pots- those should both be Audio- correct?

thanks for the help guys!

The cap is backwards on the layout.

The LED pads go to the LED because that layout already has a millenium bypass added.

The drive pot is linear and the volume is log.

it's funny i just got this thing working this morning.

yeah bobbletrox is 100% correct.

linear taper is best for the distortion, though personally i think a 500K pot is big enough, mind you i only played with a 1meg pot for 5 minutes before realising it was broken, and slapped a 500k pot in. the 1 meg pot was on full always and just seemed silly.

i'd suggest a 500k pot just so you get a more even spread and you'll still have piles of gain that handles chords a lot better than most high gain pedals.

it truly is a fuzz though.... you're not gonna get smooth tones out of it.. well at least i couldnt

good luck with it - its a nice pedal for rocking out
