Finally figured out the Rat (rodent) problem I had

OK I finally finished my perfed RAT(awaiting the black texured painted RACO) and it sounds great! I had a problem or was at least curious why the 2.2uf electro wasnt doing anything. I went over the board a million times and finally figured out that after socketing it that it was really just kinda a boost-It seemed when i took the 2.2 (I used a 3.3) out of the socket the effect still worked  fine but when i put it back in there was a noticabe increase in volume.
Anyway- I post this so if anyone comes across this question/problem that this might be of some help.
This really turned out to be a damned decent pedal.
