I just wanted to post a thanks to all here. I am in the process of building my first pedal, the b.blender. I got the circuit board together and tested this past weekend and it worked great. Never built any electronics device of any sort, can't read a schematic. Etched the PCB, bought the parts at Small Bear. Amazing.

Last night after much reading of the forums and looking over markm's tutorial on enclosure etching (glad that's back up there!), I took the plunge and etched the enclosure. I can't freakin' believe how nice it turned out. I brought it into work today just to show it off. Everyone is amazed. I etched it with the photo paper/muriatic acid/hydrogen peroxide method in my 20 degree garage in about 15 minutes.

I hope to get it all assembled this weekend and then I will post some pics.

Thanks again, this place is awesome!!

I don't think a lot of us can say their first build involved an etched PCB as well as an etched enclosure, now all we need is pics! :)
Congrats on having a trouble free build so far, won't always be like this ;)
Completed Projects: Gus Smalley Booster, Modded Russian Big Muff, Orange Squeezer, BYOC Vibrato, Phase 90

I would like to second his thanks.

I'm on my fourth or fifth project and I couldn't have done any of it without everyone here.
Thank you for all the time and knowledge that you so freely give to all of us.
