PCB software

Up until now i have been making all of my own boards, and express PCB.

I'm at a point where etching and drilling boards is just too much work.

I want to get some PCB's made at furturelec.

I emailed them and they told me i could submit it in PDF format, but im kind of worried that they will get made wrong... the last thing i want is 100+ boards that i cant use.  

So what software package have you all had luck with.  I'm hoping for cheap and easy to use, although i kind of doubt id get both in one package.

They'll take Eagle .brd files.  I'm not convinced they'll build them yet, though.   You can download a free version of eagle from cadsoft's website.
