biasing for rangemaster clone

when biasing the transistor with the 100k pot and the 10k pot per the geofex site should i ground the collector side of the transistor to measure the - voltage or should i leave it attached to the 10k boost pot??

don't C a 100K(?)
---unless U R refering 2 the tester*
the 10K is the volume pot.
check your trannys *out of circuit*.
If trannys test OK, they *should* work in the circuit.
Get your polarities correct!!!!
Both for the Batt *and* the tranny..

The GeoFX article recommends putting a 100k trimpot where the 68k would be in the circuit.
