i'm but a minor (17), and do not have access to a credit card. is there any way i could pay with a money order?

anyone can go to a post office or a store that sells M.O's
U can get a Postal Money Order, approx 90cents, or U can go to WallMart,
or, like I do a food store called WinCo.  Both sell M.Os for 25cents each.
U supply the cash and 25cents for the M.O. and can send it *anywhere* in the USA.
It's safer than sending cash!!!  
For sending money *out* of the USA, an International US Postal M.O is about the cheapest.
Age has nothing to do with it...
