Today is the day i catch up!

i have completed and boxed my zombie chorus, and i also completed the Distortion+ (i am now starting on my Flatline Compressor)

my question concerns the ring frobnicator. the pdf file recommends that one use a high gain low noise NPN transistor such as the MPS A18 or 2N5089...

any other devices available? (i'm out of both   )

i can check the gain, obviously, but i don't have much experience with how much noise they make...

You can use BC549C-BC550C. 2n5088 should be fine in a pinch, too.

The BCxxx pinout is reversed, though
