TSUNAMI RELIEF PROJECT FX Builders Unite

Hi guys,

I post here from time to time and am a regular at the Toyz forum.  Anyway there is a Tsunami Relief Project started by our own Donner happening over at Music Toyz.  Some Big Name builders along with hobbiests such as myself are donating a pedal build to the cause.

Donner from Toyz is going to paint boxes and the builders will fill them with a Drive pedal of some sort (anything from Cleanboosts to Fuzz, Dist etc).   These can be original circuits or a rebox of an existing circuit or whatever you feel like doing.  Ted the owner of Music Toyz is going to handle the the Ebay auction portion of the Project.

I know there are a lot of top notch builders here so if anyone is interested in joining the cause follow this link to get more info and get involved in a good cause.  Hope to see ya there.

i sure like the idea, it's wonderfull.
But i think i live a bit too far from the projectstarters so i just made a donation to some organisations that are working over there.

Thats a great idea guys !
I sold 5 modded Boss pedals on Ebay, just before christmas and have just donated all the profit from them.
Its not a huge amount of money, but should help to get food and water to quite a lot of people.

Dave Fox (FoxRox) will now be doing a prototpye pre release of his new Octron pedal ( I need this pedal!)

Ryan Dunn (Toadworks) has a couple new drives coming out for NAMM and will do a Pre release proto to be painted....

John Cusack has a new Scream Fuzz pedal and Ill paint some of these and hes also donating some Cusack Sceamers for painting and a special engraved inscription for the auctions ( cool!)...

Skreddy is sending his new Zero for a custom paintjob

Michael Ibrahim (MI Audio) is sending some protos from Australia for painting....

BJ is sending either a SBEQ or a custom pedal from Sweden, not sure yet...


And others are sending finished pedals like Robert Keeleys new 'Korus' pedal, and those will go straight to Ted for auction to get that ball rolling ( more on this to come - you should see this on the front banner here this week)......

so far so good ----
