That's a difficult question, seeing as the gain of op amps rolls off with frequency.

The slew rate will essentially affect the gain/bandwidth product for open loop gain.  So will the value of any cap in the compensation for uncompensated op-amps.  If you want something which takes care of high end by being sluggish to respond to "faster" waveforms, then you can do that be using an uncompensated op-amp and tinkering around with it.  For instance, the Proco Rat uses an LM308 and uses the compensation loop cap to adjust response of the op-amp.
