Hey guys, I have to get some JFETs to repair my semi-working Jet Phaser, and was wondering where I could get some cheap parts.  I think I need to get 2SK30AY JFETs (or is it 2SK30A-Y...NTE crosslists 2 different chips....kinda weird).  At mouser, these suckers are $1.60 a piece, which is definitely not my cup of tea...I thought I saw people getting these for $0.30 each or something.  Please enlighten me, oh electronic supply gods!

BTW, will any JFET work for replacement of a 2SK30AY?

I have an MPS2222A - Audio Amplifier, Switch
and an MPF102 - N-channel JFET

Ar you quoting prices before shipping?

Not sure if the mpf102 would be a replacement but if you just need a couple and live int he Us goto Radioshack.  For what it costs to ship you don't save that much money vs just picking one up fomr RS.

Yeah, the only problem is I don't know which the orientation of the new JFETs for the AP7, or which ones are acting up, for that matter.  The schematic I have just has a picture of how the FET should physically look on the board, but no pin out to speak of.  Can I get about 8 of these FETs and spend about the same versus getting them online?

EDIT: BTW, I'm looking for cheapest prices with shipping included...
