Metallic sounding fuzz anyone?

Heyyy

Im looking to build a fuzz pedal from scratch... So far so good, done this a bunch of different times but they have all been missing 'something'.

I want the next one to sound thin/metallic, any tips on how to achieve this??
The basis i am working from is a lm365 with only a pot in the feedback loop. This provides a gain from 1 to infinity.
Any tips on tone shaping to bring out metallic overtones?
