What kind of cap is this?

And how can I find out the value? I don't have an O-scope, just a multimeter and I need to find out quick.

I had some laying around, NO clue the value, and they're old. I need to find them for some mods I've been doing and these are the only ones that really sound good.

Let me know.

it's a tantalum and it should have the value printed on it someplace as well as a polarity marking.

Sears sells a Multi-meter with a capacitance checker as one of the selections. I've used it a lot so far and it's pretty accurate too.  I think it was 40 bucks.

I can't zoom on it really close, but it looks like a 1uF 16 volt. The right leg is positive.
