I got a little bag of these. The cases are weird, they're big, have skirts, put they're made of epoxy, black color, like TO-92. And the pins are inline and two ar ecloser together than thw third one. I guess they ar egermanium, but what's the pinout? Anyone has a datasheet, maybe?
They're all made by Texas instruments.

Thank you very much.
Constantin.

According to my 1963 Datadex book:

2N44:
PNP germanium AF, TO-5 case, EB(C), 30V max Vce

2N78: NPN germanium IF, SP-34 case, EBC... only 15V max Vce

2N117:
NPN silicon AF, TO-22 case, CBE, 30V max Vce
