I just bought a Boss TU-2 tuner and it requires a "PSA" adapter only.

I don't have one of those but I've got a bunch of other types that are also 9volt, I was wondering if I could damage the pedal by using something other than a PSA adapter.

BTW, I've got a Boss ACA-120, Baknor AX09V300, SoundSense ACA-120S, Danelectro ZeroHum DA-1.

I'd sooner try using one of these but can it fry my pedal?

So long as its a 9v centre - ( negative ) PSU with the correct Milliamp rating, should be fine !!
9v centre + would be BAD !!
also must be "AC" not "DC"  . . . .

Some of those WW's say 9 but can be 14 or more V's.
As long as your'e under 16v, I think all Boss pedals use nothing less than 16v capacitors.
I've never seen a 9VDC WW put out 16V...I suppose it's possible..I always measure them just to see what I got.

I use the Danelectro one myself. Never had any troubles with it. (knock on wood)
