that is the kind of circuit I have been looking for!!! thanks Paul!

I'm trying to turn a BBD chip into a kind of Karplus-Strong algorithm. I dunno if it'll work or not, but, I'm making a noise box, not a "pure" musical insrument.

This requires me to go back to the idea pool and start again, which is OK, cause the project excites me.
which part of sin theta plus index times sin theta times ratio do you need me to clarify to you?

Hey, small world, loscha! Didn't know whether to post the link, seemed a bit OT, but saw the reference to delays, so...
BTW I saw Robin Whittle the other night & he mentioned you, so even smaller world

Robin Whittle?!  I bought his little Casiotone mod document well over 20 years ago.  Some of the mods on my M-10 worked great, but I could never manage to get the clock-halving (for modified envelopes and wavetable playback) to work.  Unfortunately the M-10 (GREAT organ sound on that little beast) sits dysfunctional currently.  Give him my best and thank him for spurring me onto modding keyboards.

I mentioned that I knew Robin, and that my buddy Bill had been to your house in an earlier post, but, I'm sure you are following a dozen threads at any given time, and it's easy to miss.

Yes, Robin is a great fellow, the guy has given so much advice and help to me, it's great. He's a supportive friend, but, I try not to bother him unless I need to.
I was lucky enough that he has shared a bunch of his dox on MT65 mods with me!!!
I'm at 27 yo, at TAFE doing the electronic engineering degree. It's great to finally be getting the bit of paper, so I can go ahead and get a day job to fund my real work!

keep in touch! you can email me loscha@gmail.com if you wish.

not interested in selling it are you, or trading it for something? I'm after an m-10, and was planning to whittle it up when I got it, anyway.
I'd understand if you'd want to keep it though!
