More About Op Amp Stacking?

Hi Friends,

This seems like a really cool technique--mixing, matching, concocting your own recipes for the perfect op amp.  But I Googled on the subject but found next to nothing.  Can anybody point to more info or tell what they know about this?  I'd like to know what's going on when op amps are piggybacked this way: is current draw doubled or halved? what about slew rate? what about output drive?  These questions and more. . . .
