Hm.

I like the pink analog chorus, though. And the smart way they fastened the PCB and pots on either side of a card... This brings me to another question: I've seen these MXR-styled "PCB-slot enclosures" everywhere on DIY-sites. Does anybody know where I can find them? Are they deeper or roomier than the Hammond/Eddystone?

I think you mean the Taiwanese 125-B enclosures. They are just a bit larger and taller than an MXR-sized enclosures. The extra size can really make a difference. Steve sells them at Smallbearelec.com for $6.50 each.

Um, is that a modded Zombie?  Are these generally commercial offerings of the assorted DIY circuits here?  My Japanese isn't exactly up to snuff, so perhaps someone could confirm or deny any connections between the various kit offerings and the efforts of some of our more generous and diligent members here.  I'd hate to see things like Tim's circuits or Francisco's layouts making money for someone else but not for Tim or Francisco.

Yeah, Mark, you hate to, but there's no law against it.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Well, they DO have links to Tim's and Francisco's sites...

Wonder if Dai Hirokawa could help with translations...

The translator got that part right.
