What is it? what does it do? and most importantly where do I find one? It is shown on this layout http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_mobius_trip_pcb_lo.pdf  I looked up "4001" on mouser and a bunch came up. Is there a more specific chip model?
