Need help on selector schematics

I want to build a custom channel switching box with LED indicators.

It shoud have 2 inputs, 2 outputs and 2 footswitches. The first one should switch between the mode where each of the inputs goes to the corresponding output (let's call it mode 1) OR the mode where only one of the inputs passes through (mode 2). The other switch should allow to select between input 1 -> output 1 OR input 2 -> output 2, IF the first switch is in the mode 2.

I'm having a hard time trying to undestand how to do that.
