This is more one for the regular forum...
Anyway:
Have you googled on "BC177 datasheet" ?
The 177 is a low-noise, small signal general purpose PNP - the partner of the BC107 (NPN)
Almost any opamp-based distortion you can find will utilise a dual-opamp, and will accept a TL072. A 4558 (TubeScreamer, f'rinstance) can directly be replaced with an 072.
Try one of the Shaka variants, perhaps. Check out the schematics section, and links section. Lots of the sites have schems, layouts and even sound samples to help you.
hih

Thanx
So the tl 072 and the 4558 have the same pinouts ???
and the same characteristics
between a BC107 and bc 177 i just have to turn itto change  ???
