Audio probing I get signal going into the inputs 2 and 15. From the output I am getting a dishwasher sound.....it is effected by the clock trim and the bias trim, but not by much. Should I hear a guitar signal on these outputs through an audio probe?

Thanks
Ian

On pin 7 on the 4558 i get the dry signal and the dishawasher sound form the sad1024 mixed together. I get the same sound straight from the output jack as well. Using the bias trim all the way to one side I get straight dry signal, turned any further than  a fifth of the way i only get the dishwasher noise. I have attempted to mess with the clock trimmer and it doesn't make anything better.  Anyone....?

I was also wondering if too low of voltage can make this happen. I did have to sub a 33ohm instead of 27ohm right after the refulator. All ics are getting 13.1 except the sad1024 which is geting 12.6 i believe, of course this changes with the clock, but it doesn't get over 13....

You should have a voltage of roughly 7v at the 2 clock pins of the SAD1024, if you do not remove the SAD and check for this voltage at the clock outputs of the 4013. If they do not measure around 7v, rerplace the 4013.

Thanks stephen for the response! I was getting worried! I Here's the voltage readings on everything....should've posted them first! So I don't think it is the 4013  ....that would have been too easy....if anyone has any ideas please let me know!

Still wondering if I should hear guitar signal out of the sad1024 outputs if I can hear them on the inputs. If I don't and just get a dishwasher sound....could the chip be broken or would it just be something messed up in the clock?
