REBOTE 2.5 delay in/delay out??

sorry for the silly question but on the Tonpad rebote 2.5, there is a DELAY IN connected to pt2399 pin 15 and a DELAY OUT connected (via 12k resistor) to Pin 13 of the pt2399.

but nowhere on the pdf is there any explanation of where these go (i think the delay out connects to pin 12?)

any help on this? i tried searching but there are SO MANY rebote threads here that i would have spent all day looking.

Delay out from the 12K resistor goes to pin 12 of the PT2399.  Delay in isn't an issue since it's just a test point for pin 15.

I ended up getting version 2 of the rebote working and i must say i am impressed. i thought it was going to sound a lot more cold and digital but its actually very dark and warm and can turn pretty freaky. now i want to buy up tons of those chips and add delay to all my projects!!
