Adding Mix control t oBig Muff

I have been messing about with some  of my effects and found that routing a direct signal in parrallel really helps define the sound.  

Can anyone tell me how to add a mix control to allow some of the original clean signal through to an Electro Harmonix Big Muff Pi USA reissue.

Any thoughts on doing the same to a Small Stone Phaser and Mini Qtron would be greatly appreciated also.

I know I could add a small mixer to my fx board bit there must be an easier way...

A small mixer might be your best bet.

You could use this as the basis and build it right into the effect:

There's probably plenty of room inside those monster Electro-Harmonix cases...
