Well, after many months of Gus's NPN Boost laying on my table like a dissected frog, it finally is in an enclosure.  This was my first attempt at actually drilling out a hammond type enclosure and mounting everything in it.  I'm quite happy with it actually.  I even got an LED to work right first time thanks to R.G.'s vast knowledge that I found in another thread and Jack's cool LED calculator.

I've got some pics and notes on my site:

Forgot to mention, I settled on a 10k limiting resister on the LED.  It's a 1.7 forward voltage, 20 milliamp LED.  I initially put a 1k in but it was too bright, way brighter than any of my other pedals.  I got the draw down quite a bit with a 10k.  The battery should last a good long time without getting sucked dry by the LED.

It's really rewarding to get something into those small enclosures!! Nice job.  :D
