Hy all!!!
Does anybody here remember those old Philips stéreo systems plugs? They´re dyn 180º 5 pins, but now, I guess I can´t be able to identify and wire the 5 wires into plug. I just want to build two cables: one with din in one end and 2 RCA in another, and the second with din / 1 stereo P-2 (pc audio output). I need some help, please!!!
Thanks

1= record left (or mono);
2= ground;
3= playback left (or mono);
4= record right;
5= playback right.

s= shield.

[note: this is "supposed" to be the male plug.]

{sometimes the "record" (=input =return) and the "playback" (=output = send) are being swapped}

Argh, the good ol' DIN 5. Every time I buy a piece of really old Soviet audio gear (there's planty of it over here), I curse them. That's because their mounting holes are a tad too large for a 1/4" and it's a pain in the butt to replace the jacks. :P

Jimbo, any old Soviet FX there???

Yup. I have an old germanium "Anita" wah and a "Synchro-wah" that is a wierd unruly autowah. Oh and a small soviet tube amp I'm working on. I'm currently looking for a soviet version of FF too.
