Help with Shin-Ei HA-9P

Got a HA-9P multi-function volume/surf/hurricane/wah/siren pedal here that needs some attention.
This is the one that has the wide base with the knobs on the top.

I also have a fully working JAX version that has the knobs on the side. The JAX PCB follows the schematics found for the pedal, but the version with the knobs on top has a different PCB and different resistor values, and doesn't match existing schematics in some areas.

I'm having difficulty getting the surf/hurricane sounds to work. The wah, volume, and siren functions work fine (as well as these things worked), but I'd like to get it all functional.

The issue I am having is that the version I have has a different board than most of these.

Any help would be appreciated.
