If anyone is considering ordering from futurlec I would strongly advise against it. I put in an order for some parts several weeks ago, I even paid double for fast shipping, I keep checking the status of my order on their web site and they haven't even processed it yet. Searching the forum I found plenty of other posts of dissastisfied futurlec customers. I hoped maybe someone could benefit from my misfortune. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.

I don't know why, guess I've been lucky, but I've ordered from furulec about three times this month.  Its hard to pass up 50 cent pots.  I haven't had a problem yet(Knock on wood) although they usually take at least 2 weeks to ship.  I do admit the order status is a joke.

they are assholes, they will not answer one or my " please help me emails"
         phuck them,
                  i'm looking to sue. i'll see my legal friend in a week or 2.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...,EVER :evil:
     they have set me back months in production! that's what i get for try'n to save money and keeping cost down.
