Hi. I'm using banzai also. There are two reasons:
Thay have almost all you could need and you can buy it all at once, and Olaf (the guy there) always tries to help a lot in all your questions.

There is also http://www.tubetown.de if you need anything amp-ish or tube-ish...

And do not forget about Smallbear!!! I know some are a bit hesitant to order overseas (US) because of taxes and shipping, but my experience is really really positive, great guy!

I have used Musikding a few times, and I'm a very satified customer. I don't think it's possible to ship faster from Germany to Denmark than Musikding does.

But we have to mention our host at this forum: Buy what you can from Aron! Great prices on his 3PDT-switches.  I think 2 switches for 14$ including shipping, is below the limit (22 £) for paying import tax in the EU. However, I don't know about VAT. I think it varies from country to country.  

Warning: the above is just how I have understood the rules and you should check it yourself!
