Hi,

i was wondering if anyone could point me to a dual op amp IC that i could use that has Rail to Rail output. Currently im using an RC4560 and it falls short by about .7 volts of either rail.

THANKS

scott.

check it out.

Tick your selections and go for it. Maxim are pretty good with samples and stuff too.

Check out the MOSFET opamp thread.  Most of the amps I mentioned are CMOS output and have rail-to-rail swing (the exceptions being the ones that are just MOSFET input).

Probably one of those gez mentioned, the TLC2262 has worked well for me. Low current, low voltage, rail-to-rail, fairly quiet, and well-behaved in everything I've used 'em in so far. They're not cheap, but they sure are easy on a battery!
