Hello everybody, I am new to this forum.
Anybody know where to get small dual concentric pots. The kind where each pot section is variable.  Like boss uses on the bass synth and metal zone pedal.

Welcome, Ethan.

Just about all the major distributors like Mouser and Digikey carry small pots either identical to or similar to the ones you describe.  Since he is a longtime friend and contributor, many of us like to refer people to Steve Daniel's Small Bear Electronics.  However, although Steve gives great service and carries a lot of things people here need, the kind of inventory needed to stock dual concentrics in a range of values is a bit beyond even Steve's capability.  I'd try the big places first.

Although they are generally of the wrong size for Boss-type pedals, older car radios tended to have all manner of dual concentric pots so that lots of functions could be shoved into a small space.  With that in mind, as a last resort, consider trying somewhere that services stereos and automotive audio.

I must be missing something, I can't find dual concentric pots in Mouser or Digikey. I do know that Alps still make some, but I've never been able to locate knobs, so... I wish I could, because then I could have twice as many functions in the same space.

Thanks. For the info.  Called mouser to see if they can get them in and how much. Looks like they only come in 10k and 50k though.  Thanks.

U could call RolandUS in L.A.
goto www.rolandus.com and go to the service/parts page.
If U have a part number/value, U can get replacement
BOSS pedal parts very reasonable.
i Got a regular DS1 pot a while back....think it was $1.35 or so.
I think most BOSS dual pots have the splined shaft.
Doesn't use set screws.
U will need to get the exact part number, otherwise the
phone person won't know what U R talking about.
Then...U have to find the knobs   >>>>  :(
Simple >>> order those 2!!!

StewMac has a dual concentric intended for guitar use, so that may be too big, or not.
