That layout is the Phase90 from tonepad. Did this guy get permission to use layouts he found in the public domain for profit??

I hope he did, because the PCB's look pretty good quality. If he didn't that's leeching of the highest order.

If he did or didn't, he and Tonepad do or don't have trouble there.
 I believe that would be *copyright infringement, or not, *IWC there is nothing I can do because I hold no copyrights for that, nor do I infringe.

That's all fair enough, I get the point of the previous posts. However, this guy is using Francisco's layouts. In my view that's not on.

He does have permission and pays licence.

I have agreements like that with a couple of boutique builders as well.
