Gt-2 with electronic bypass

Hello,

I've made a GT-2 with electronic bypass and the stompbox is working fine.

The only problem is when it is in bypass mode... i can hear a little distortion... the sound is not completely clean...

I was making some tests and i took out one of the wires of the output jack. I leave only the wire that is connected with the ground (-)... And a heard the distorced sound... So this sound is coming from the ground...

Does someone have faced it before or know something i can do to correct it?

I was reading some things about "ground loops"... maybe this is the problem that is happening with the stompbox... but i don't know how to solve it...
