I need knobs

I'm looking for a specific type of knob which came off an ADA2fx unit from the 80's.  They are 1/2" at the top by 3/4" at the bottom with a 1/4" knurled hole which appears to be about 1/2" deep.  
I have already tried at Mouser and All Electronics and have an email in to Small Bear, but haven't found them yet.  
I don't care if they are exactly like the originals or even the same color, but mostly I'm just trying to get them to match each other as the originals I have have lost the colored tops
