Toggle switch for tone caps question

I have 2 toggle switches on my '79 Iceman that I'd like to still use.

They were coil taps, but I stuck a '57 Classic in the neck and would like to use the toggle switch for something else, like switchable tone caps.

Does anyone have a layout for wiring (what I believe to be) a DPST toggle switch for 2 different tone caps?  I need a diagram, not a schematic, as i am schematically retarded.

The toggle switches are on/on with 2 sets of 3 poles.
