Mosfets with zener diodes built into them? Model numbers?

I was looking at building some circuits that require (optional) a zener diode for protection of the mosfet. I've read that there are some mosfets that have this zener diode built into them. Any good low noise model numbers on these?

Sir H C

Zener Diodes?  There are body diodes integral to all MOSFET devices but I don't know of zeners built in.  Checked International Rectifier (www.irf.com) and they had nothing about this.

I think most of the mosfets that have a zener built into them are not small signal devices like the 2N7000.

The VN46AF and the VN66AF have them, for example, but they are 2A devices.   The VN10LM (small signal) does not have them.

Search for "self protected mosfets"
