EHX NY Big Muff Re-Issue Blend mod??

hey,
i was wondering is it possible to modify the electro harmonix big muff reissue  to include a wet/dry mix pot so i can blend the clean bass with the fuzzed bass.

could someone tell me how to do this, or possibly give me a schematic for this mod.

a couple of circuits do this, off the top of my head you could try a "dual gang" 100k pot.
Wire one half as a normal "gain/Sustain" pot ( it's called sustain on the BM ) and the other half reverse wired pre-gain direct to tone/out section.

So, when you turn "up" that pot you get normal "fuzz" when you turn down you get much less fuzz and turn up more "clean" gain ...
Does that make sense ?
Thus, it becomes a "blend" pot ...
You just have to check the "tap off"  and "tap back in" points are going to
work.

thanks, it kinda makes sense to me. but i was just wondering what the "tap off" and "tap back in" points are?

do you know is there a schematic of this anywhere?

Hmm, well someone may chime in with a better suggestion, but on the Russian BM, I think you could "tap off" from the 0.1 cap after Q1 and back in
at the collector of Q3 where it joins the tone control.
Bypassing the whole gain stage
"Tonepad" has all the schematics so take a look at them.
