Metal-zone mod

Hi

I just bougt a Boss Metal-zone which didn't work...
Now, I've fixed it and since i play blues/std. rock i wanna mod the shit out of it!
My soldering skills are quite okay, but I need to know what to mod, can anyone help me out?

Hi!

Here is what I've done to mine:

- Remove C24 and C35 (leave them open);
- Change D3 and D4 with 1n34A (germanium) and a red LED;
- Add a 47nF in parallel with the clipping diodes.
