Mezcal Fuzz boxed up! (Pics and clip)

Well i finally got round to boxing up Dragonfly's Mezcal Fuzz. Thanks so much Dragonfly!!! I really love the tone of this one and its great to play with.

Guts

I used some old Dry Transfer Lettering that i found around the house. Its quite effective but because its old it was sort of flakey in parts.

Unfortunatly the paint has chipped abit already from the wear and tear and it started to hum also, which i'll have to fix soon. Also I put of the go faster stripes to make it fly, lol.

Its me just messing around and also too close to the mic soyou get my picking. When the bass riff comes in its full fuzz and ful volume on the guitar.

Oh hey, that's a nice one! Sort of a "racing version" of an MXR box    Nice!
A good highgain pedal too. One quirk in mine though: do you find that when you whack the strings hard, it sorta...gets louder in an unexpected way? Like some sort of envelope that open the sound up in a weird way? Hard to describe, and it's kind of subtle... :roll:

I din't find that it got louder in an unexpected way when playing hard.

great job....nice lookin' pedal !!! the soundclips sound great as well....

btw....you might also like the Mezcal with a simple boost circuit in front of it....maybe build up a lpb1 to "push" it

i posted a vero layout in my "layouts gallery" folder...its a simple circuit, so you should have no problem making a schematic from it....

     How about having schematics for all  [or most....or some..] of the vero layouts?  Makes it easier to check things and make our own layouts.
