Especially "Seńorita" and "Crazy Dreams". Sounds like a Strat into a tube amp... What amp exactly? Does Henry use a booster or something in the solos, along with the wah?

Hello,
I can't answer your question but I have something good that may interest you.
If you like their sound and the guitar tone, you can listen to a number of live shows that people have recorded. They did covers of Hendrix and others.

Apparently, they have an open policy and allow people to record their live performance.

here is the link
go to "http://www.archive.org/audio/" and do a search for "Los Lonely Boys".
A few shows are there.  You can only get these via HTTP & FTP.
Again, I believe there are only legal live shows on this site, but this one i'm not 100% positive on - my friend used this site a number of times and
haven't seen any violations.

according to my friend who was touring with them for a couple of shows earlier this year.

it was custom shop strats into teese wah and mesaboogies.  with a few otehr pedals floating in and out. but the above was 90% fo his live tone.

also recent speculation says he has gone to Carr amps.  but i am unsure will have to ask my guy.
