Mutron Bi-hase

I have a mutron biphase here that i am having some troubles with. well. the phaser A is working fine. The wave generator 1 is working fine, and the phaser channel itself works good. Now, phaser B is what i am having problems with . The input selector works fine, but everything else is what im having trouble with. im not getting any effect at all , even when it is engaged. i thought it may have something to do with the wave generator at first, but theres no difference in sound whatsoever when the light is on or off. Also. i have the option of selecting both generators and neither make a difference.

so if anyone has any suggestions let me know.
