Tone Burner - Help Needed

Hi All,

I built the Tobias Karlsson's Tone Burner  from GGG site.
I have a strange problem. It makes a constant buzz when it's on.
I used the set of transistors from small bear. I checked all the connections and I find no mistakes.
If someone can help me understand how it should work maybe I can find my error.

I found it.
This project is getting -9v and I connected +9v 

To all the tone burner builder    pay attention for this. it is opposite from most of the projects
