Screwed my v847 tonight

ok, well im an idiot. just finished a nice clean bypass mod on my v847 with a 3pdt and i decided
to get fancy and drill a hole for an outboard pot. long story short, i stupidly busted through the
hole with the drill bit and ripped off 3 resistors and my inductor.....

what an idiot. i think i can replace the resistors just fine but im worried about
the inductor....where can i get a replacement for my v847? or can i put in
a red/yellow fasal from this site?

The Fasel will do the job, red or yellow doesn't matter they just have different sound

thanks, is the sound better in the fasals or just "different"? do you know of any audio clips
online that show the difference?

  Yellow fasel did wonders to my wah.
  Perhaps you can tack a wire to the old inductor coil, depending on how much of it you can see and very delicately sand off the insulation.
  The old inductors in my 847's are different looking / sounding, can't tell which is which except to say the yellow, red, or other inductor almost certainly will be liked better than the stock one.

thanks, ill go for that. my old halo inductor was 4-pin. the fasels look 2-pin. the v847 circuit
board looked like the it didnt matter which row i wired it into? is that correct?
