Hey all,

I couldn't find the info anywhere.  Does anyone have a part# or link for the 3 pin connctors that Dean uses
for the Mobius Trip?

Thanks much in advance!

Well, I probably won't be of much help. I live in the same city as Dean, so he told me the part number used by our local store. Quoting Dean:

". . .you don't *have* to use the connectors, you can just solder the wires for the pots and switches directly to the board. The 3 pin headers are 37-6203-0 and the connectors are 37-603-0 without the pins or -5 with the pins."

I don't know if that's manufacturers numbers, or if that's of any help to you. I think they're just like your basic 3-pin headers used on PC motherboards, but I could be wrong. I haven't built my Mobius yet. . .

Also, there was a discussion some time back about certain pins in the schematic not being connected to ground on the GGG PCB, so if you have it check to see if it is correct (I think it's pins 6, 12, and 13, but I could be wrong--don't take my word on that.) Check it out.

Hi...

The part numbers are from the 'Mode Electronics' product line. I think Mode distributes only in Canada. Like Ryan said, you don't need to use the connectors, but I started adding them to most of my layouts some time ago.

Ryan is also correct about the jumper (I haven't updated the PCB yet  :-[) but here's my note from a previous thread:
Ok, I just added a jumper from pins 5&6 to 12&13, and tested it with both the ISD1000AP and the ISD1020AP. Although it seems to work the same with or without the jumper, I STRONGLY recommend adding it, since it's never a good idea to leave inputs like this floating.
